TrashMan Posted August 12, 2014 Author Share Posted August 12, 2014 The two new aircraft are modified variants of the F-14. You need alien fighter datacore and Alien alloy fabrication. The F-14S Hellcat has 2 universal missile hardpoint and 1 cannon, the Hellound has 4 cannons. They are basically better foxtrots. Guns changes: Ballisitcs are generally slightly weaker in terms of damage, but are all abour MHOAR DAKKA. Advanced ballistics are modern firearms with slightly better stats, mostly armor penetration...which is important given that aliens now have armor. If It looks armored, it is armored. Lasers are also weaker, but far more accurate. Perfect weapons for rookies. Continous Laser use the long laser sprite, so they look more like real lasers. They also pack a far bigger punch, but have little ammo and long reload times. Plasma is less accurate, but generally has splash damage. Oh, once you get Predator, you can research a minigun for it. 50 bullet burts for maximum supression...and hurt. 0.26 frakked up my game so Screenshots will have to wait.
