I didnt attach saves casue it happen in few battles and I use mods that may not posible to load saves. Checked with mods producers that this is vanila bug. When unconscious soldier is hited by rocket or c4 he actualy never dies even if only red puddle left on screen you just bring them back to fight, if u dont they still ok and end of batle.
