[V1.03 Base Screens] Tool tips for weapons do not pop if last weapon used

Hi there

I have noticed that if you use the last of a weapon, so you have zero in stores, then mouse over that weapon, you get no tool tip.

If you had zero weapons to start with, then you do get the tool tip.

This is pretty minor, as you just have to return the weapon to stores if you want to see the stats.
