    I think it lowers the TU cost to 52% or 51%, not sure

    I do have a savefile from V22.3 that's got pretty much everything reaserched and ''operation Endgame'' unlocked if it's off any use. ENDGAME .sav ENDGAME .sav

    In some old screenshots I've seen of the game I noticed that the UFOs leave crater-ish features when they crash. Is there any reason they were removed or were they just there to improve the look of alfa maps? And are they coming back in future versions of the game?
