    That actually looks great! Fullscreen or windowed? Which graphics card? For me it does not matter, full-screen and windowed have the same results. Do you need any kind of additional information to help solve this?

    It worked by just unzipping the files into a folder, even without admin rights. Results of 1600x900 (highest resolution possible for me in a window and at full-screen I did not manage to take screenshots with Win7): Upper image Windows (Thinkpad T420, no special graphics card, I guess) Lower image Mac (iMac ca. 2011, Radeon 6970M) Both scaled to 200% for better visibility:

    Have only tried it on Windows 7 on a virtual machine (VMware in this case). The result of a new game in fullscreen and 1680x1050 is below: I will try again tomorrow with a proper windows machine at work (during lunch break of course). Do I need admin rights to run it?

    You are right, it is a rather small resolution, but it is offered in the settings window, so I would expect it to be playable. However, when played at 1920x1080p, the fonts are better (legible at least) but still far from good. As you can see with the below screenshots, there is still 'wobble' in the lower three lines at 2560x1440. If not at the highest resolution available in consumer macs, where are the fonts supposed to be good? Screen crop at original size (1920x1080): Screen Crop at 2560x1440:

    It not just that the fonts are too tiny but illegible as well. Below are two screenshots, the first one with 1280x720p, the second one with 1680x1050p. The quality on both is abysmal (trying to play in windowed mode on a Mac, v1.06).

    This has been raised several times so far, and it is still present in 1.06: the font quality is abysmal. I started my first game ever in 1280x720 windowed mode and the information in the top right corner is illegible. When running the game in full-screen mode with 2560x1440, the fonts are better but still very wobbly as if there is an intentional filter overlaid to simulate an old analogue screen. Not resized, this is the actual screenshot (1280x720, windowed): Anything we can do to improve the font quality?

    I am also waiting for the final game, mainly because the available Mac version seems to be quite old and is not yet on Steam. I bought it on Desury in Nov 2012, so a few more months can't hurt, right? ;-)

    Any news on the Mac port? I bought the game some months ago on Desura but wanted to refrain from actually playing it until it is more stable and I think now is the time... :-)

    Any of you got problems with downloading the beta from Steam? I am trying to download the Mac version with the Steam key from Desura but it does not even start downloading... :-/
