even tho i have done the fix the first few enamys have no weapons

that's the thing i haven't gotten advcanced ballistic and iv done 5 to 7 ground missions

so have downloaded this mode and it feels like im playing vanilla i have no new upgrades no high-speed interceptor but i have the plane awcs i think it's called that... i did the fix changing the 'insert' to 'replace' it didn't do anything and the only other mods on are map modes, im so confused on what is going on

can this used mod be used in the stem version of the game?

i did redownload it and it did fix that but now it says when i got to put it in to the game "this is not a mod file"

im so bad at this can someone please link me a video on how to install the mod into the game coz ive try doing it and it is not working someone please help!!?
