  1. That bug occured yesterday during my Iron Man game. Soldier with purple grenade got mind controlled and kicked 3 other teammates to sleep. Each of the soldiers were under cover: the brick fence. Even I waited for about 10 turns until gas disappear, I was not able to use the medkit on them. It showed 54/54 HP and do nothing. I was able to heal soldiers when they were damaged and stunned. I lost a half of my hirank men and lost that mission. BTW the reason I lost was the last soldier got mind controlled. From my view that should not mean the loss, but wait 2 turns and wake up near some alien: that will be fair. Anyway, a nasty bug and unexpected turn from easy mission to fail. Cheers, Alex.

  3. @Chris I've Successfully saved the humanity on 1.5 And one small bug: mag rockets are displayed as plasma rockets when dragging them from storage to soldier inventory.
  4. Latest steam CE. Door was hit by the tank (miss) before I killed the Praetor. Now it is broken and does not want to open or be destroyed. No extra mods. Seems it was damaged before cores were destroyed by one of my heavy gunner from another room out of LOS. wtf2.sav wtf.sav done.sav wtf2.sav wtf.sav done.sav
  5. update: I set resolution to 1024x768 and ran in window. Loaded base attack successfully. Saved the game and was able to load it in usual full screen, 2560x1080 resolution.
  6. I have a crash on alien base. No mods, tried to remove and redownload maps and tiles: no effect. I use Xenonauts in stream, community edition branch. Save attached. FYI: I was able to attack alien bases with xnt mod, but those bases were detected by my own. Currently I am on CE and base was revealed by locals I suppose: there was a message: hello, we have a base here, go and deal with those damn aliens global map 2.sav global map 2.sav

  8. I have a question about heavy fighters in air combat. I was successfully just ignore them until those fighters start to escort bigger ships. Turn rate and rate of fire of enemy missiles is just overwhelming for heavy fighters. I have one newly build corsair, several foxtrots, cheburashkas and saracens. Air weaponry is stock (astra, 3 canons, etc). How to deal with those updated fighters?
  9. @drages, how do you kill the (omega?) viper in alien base? It resists almost any weapon even after few grenades. First time (I dont know even how ) I spammed it with gas grenade (purple) and captured the creature (it was sold for about 110 000). But now I already take down 2 other bases by destroying energy core. All caesians there are just a joke comparable to that creature. Tried several times with gargoyle grenades, and advanced ballistic weapons: no luck. Maybe I need like 20 gargoyles into it? I tried ~ 12 and it did not died . And can not capture it anymore.
  10. The list mirrors my game experience as well. The first most annoying thing for me is pickup items from the ground. The easiest solution may be: Use right click to pickup item to belt, when belt is full - to inventory. Drag and drop rest manually. Or add a hotkey to pickup all to belt and inventory. Do not bother with correct best arragement, just keep adding items until there is a slot for it.
  11. Hello. Thank you for such huge work you put into this mod! I do really like the new way of how kinetic weapon fires and sounds as well. It become so much better (Is it possible to get this behaviour without XNT mod?) But caesar and "reptile" weapons sounds to loud as they are not gas, but sonic weapon. And fire some ultra skyfi bullets. The next one is how hard it is. Am I supposed to get Vipers, psions, Gargols, yoda-like aliens and another bunch of creepy creatures like on the first and second mission in mid-september? It is really cool, but taking into account that air combat got much harder as well, I fill my "corporation" will not survive one more month. Is there any guide or at least a list of differences to vanilla? Or recommendations how not to die in first 2 months? PS: when a soldier falls down "to prevent psico strike" and drops all gear down, is there a button to pick it up in one keypress? It is annoying manually drag and drop all that gear back.
