[V18.4 Geoscape] Crashing/Assigning

I have a save where, after everyone was KIA, everyone is now just injured. Also, I am unable to assign anyone to Charlie-1, as though it is still full, and if I hit the escape key in Geoscape, it crashes. Also, if I go to the other crashsite on North America, it crashes. All repeatable. Also, clipping on mission of any UFO, the UFO's door, and buildings at different times.
