Crusader No Remorse/No Regret (where both good)
Jagged Alliance 2

Syndicate
Fallout 2
Battle Isle Phase 4: Incubation
Homeworld
...
Far too many to list here.
The best thing about those games was the packaing and all the stuff & details they put in there. Today you get a dvd or only a digital download and if your lucky an ugly handbook. Or you buy the collectors edition and get some thrown together stuff like an artbook or a soundtrack.
Remember the Fallout ringbook? The dial-a-pirate copy protection of Monkey Island? Or the newspapers, manuals and brochures for fictional cooperations you got in the WingCommander series or in Crusader? There was so much excitement when I opened a game box in the good 'ol days. I first put aside the actual game disks and instead studied carefully all the pretty things that where in the box.
Ah, the memories... *sniff*
Myst 1, Zork, Carmageddon 3DFX... so many games - so little time...*mumbles*
